The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ML Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of a machine learning infrastructure on a commercial healthcare cloud platform. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable ML solutions, driving innovation and excellence in healthcare.
Your role & responsibilities
- Automation and Integration:
- Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline software deployment cycles and machine learning model deployments.
- Create innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Monitoring and Performance:
- Establish and manage comprehensive monitoring systems for both applications and infrastructure.
- Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Container Services Management:
- Manage and optimize Docker and container orchestration services.
- Ensure seamless deployment and scalability of containerized applications.
- Distributed System Design:
- Design and implement distributed systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across multiple nodes and environments.
- ML Infrastructure Implementation:
- Design and deploy machine learning models across various environments.
- Ensuring robust, scalable, and repeatable processes for ML model lifecycle management.
Your skills & qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Practical experience programming in Python and/or C/C++.
- Proficient in system-level software, particularly hardware-software interactions and resource utilization.
- Proficiency in managing Docker containers and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing distributed systems to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Proven experience in deploying ML models.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud platforms and familiarity with cloud-native technologies.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with international clients.
- Ability to work on-site in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Preferred, But Not Required
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.
- Strong proficiency in machine learning concepts and algorithms.
- Exemplary leadership, communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills.
- Experience in healthcare or related industries.
- Familiarity with JIRA and agile development methodologies.
