Do you have what it takes?
• Strong experience in Equipment maintenance with minimum 5 years as people leader.
• Proved strong knowledge on Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM)
• Prefer with experience setting up new maintenance department or operations.
• Interpersonal skills: demonstrate a high level of collaboration, teamwork, focus on staff wellness, proactive and service attitude, high level of personal and professional ethics.
• Creative and innovative, not only implant but knows how to execute.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineering or related majors is preferred.
• Creates culture of openness and transparency.
• Preferable Experience working with people from other cultures
• Able to travel abroad several times per year for training.
• Contributes and sets an example for the whole organization.
• Previous experience working for a multinational company that understands the value of working in a Diverse environment.
