Lead a talented team, implement preventive maintenance strategies, and drive continuous improvement, all while contributing to the production of the world&039;s most iconic toys.
* Open to both Vietnamese and Expat
* This role will be working temporarily at LEGO temporary office in District 1, HCMC (shuttle bus is provided from Bien Hoa, Binh Duong to the office) and be relocated to Binh Duong in end of 2024 or when the job requires.
Core Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintaining an exceptional daily operation, ensuring safety and reliable operation of the packing production equipment
• Be role model for the team and strive to be an example in behavior within people safety/people health and quality of work.
• Responsible to set KPIs of the area and develop the team.
• Main responsibility is to lead local team by example and be collaborative with members of other departments.
• Actively communicate with subordinates and provide constructive feedback.
• Responsible to cooperate actively with other LEGO sites.

The main challenges is to support the Operation, have high flexibility managing the demand, ensure the right capabilities of the team members, and maintain control of budget and wages.
This position is designed to lead the team and manage the internal maintenance of LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam Packing’s production facility by coordinating the maintenance and co- ordination of maintenance of the production equipment, material flow and spare parts, support for systems linked to the operation of production lines.

Do you have what it takes?
• Strong experience in Equipment maintenance with minimum 5 years as people leader.
• Proved strong knowledge on Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM)
• Prefer with experience setting up new maintenance department or operations.
• Interpersonal skills: demonstrate a high level of collaboration, teamwork, focus on staff wellness, proactive and service attitude, high level of personal and professional ethics.
• Creative and innovative, not only implant but knows how to execute.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineering or related majors is preferred.
• Creates culture of openness and transparency.
• Preferable Experience working with people from other cultures
• Able to travel abroad several times per year for training.
• Contributes and sets an example for the whole organization.
• Previous experience working for a multinational company that understands the value of working in a Diverse environment.
