Senior Manager, Commercial Finance Business Partner

*** Team and Role Introduction:
As a Finance Business Partner at Lazada Vietnam, the role is to provide support and advice to business from a financial perspective. The role will report to CFO with high level responsibilities as follows: • Business partnering: Partner and advise Business Unit management in driving business and financial performance • Financial planning: Coordinate financial planning and monitor progress against plan • Reporting and analysis: Report and benchmark BU performance across countries • Projects: Drive finance and planning projects (e.g. process improvement, automation, etc.)
*** Responsibilities:
Business partnering:
• Cooperate with business team to set target and drive monthly performance vs. plan
• Business partnering with frontline department(s)
• Provide insightful, timely and value- added input on key financial topics which relates to Lazada Platform
• Take Lead on Finance side for total Business case or ROI analysis of new business initiatives and strategy.
Financial planning
• Strengthen platform governance to reduce financial leakage and improve cost efficiency
• Lead Monthly performance review with biz team to discuss and define actions for PnL improvement
• Advice on platform processes and policies to establish proactive control and risk management
• End to end partnering with Business team in to ensure ROI at target, and to ensure dynamic resource allocation and spending efficiency to deliver platform target
• Closely work with business team to provide support for decision making and to influence business performance, efficiency and alignment on Finance related to your partnering department(s)
• Take lead on FBP side for Mega campaign Pre & Post evaluation, related to your partnering department(s)
Reporting and analysis
• Design & roll out performance dashboard & provide ROI analysis to support for new biz initiatives
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts, actual and highlight insight & clear action to business team
• Closely work with Finance partners to control the bad debt, finance leakage and define action to follow up with.

*** Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
• Relevant background in FMCG/consumer businesses is a must
• Sharp business acumen coupled with solid analytical power and communication skills
• 9+ years of financial/business analysis working experience
• Fluency in English
• Working under ambiguity
• Strong leadership capability and ability to handle senior business stakeholders
• Bachelor or Master degree (knowledge of Accounting is a plus)
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
• Willing to be hands- on and advanced proficiency in Excel is a must
*** Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• System- savvy (preferably knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, C++, Python)
