Senior Manager

JOB SCOPE
The primary of this role is to work with Country Sales and Specialties Leader to drive revenue growth in insurance products of Aon Vietnam; to execute the company market strategy to achieve revenue growth target mainly in insurance products as well as in up-selling and cross selling with other teams;
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:
You are responsible for:
•Assisting in insurance lines new/new budget for Ho Chi Minh City office & driving the achievement of developed budget with full budget responsibility;
•Coordinating with other non-sales teams to achieve new budget for Ho Chi Minh City office;
•Agreeing with Country Sales and Specialties Leader on sales strategy and the production of and execution of such strategy;
•Setting KPI performance (Local Market Planning, number of calls, numbers of meetings) and execute as set;
•Produce, engaging & managing key prospect relationships;
•Ensuring Revenue Engine is applied consistently with Local Market Plans (LMP), Aon Connect, Marketing (Campaigns), Client Facing and Innovation/Client Value;
•Delivering sales management reporting as required to Country Sales and Specialties Leader;
•Maintain an accurate Aon Connect pipeline
•Managing, coaching & mentoring the sales team;
•Implementing all best practice sales & marketing procedures;
•Exit interviews are conducted when on unsuccessful tenders particularly for large prospects;
•Undertake other projects/ initiatives as might be assigned;
