The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, a passion for artificial intelligence (AI), and extensive experience in project management roles. As the Project Owner, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the implementation of AI technologies to revolutionize our software development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing software systems and processes.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Conduct thorough research on AI technologies and methodologies to inform project strategies and decision- making.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing around AI technologies and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in AI- driven software development practices.
Lead and oversee AI- driven software transformation projects from conception to completion.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to conduct thorough research and analysis to inform decision- making.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Owner or similar role, preferably in the software development industry.
Strong passion for artificial intelligence with a demonstrated ability to stay updated on the latest AI trends and advancements.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross- functional teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
