We are looking for a Senior/Manager QA QC Engineer with strong expertise in software testing and quality assurance for web and mobile applications. This position requires a high level of proficiency in Japanese (N2+) and a strong commitment to maintaining product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
The QC/QA Manager will be responsible for contributing to manual test case management, communicating with related stakeholders and developing the application in cooperation with the product manager, working in the form of Squad, a small team can quickly and consistently engage in everything from design to development, testing and operation.
Job Scope
For Senior QA QC Engineer:Plan and implement measures to prevent the recurrence of problems.
Perform test analysis, design, and execution for web and mobile applications.
Engage in projects at early stages to detect and respond quickly to risk factors such as bugs and scheduling issues.
Create comprehensive and well- structured test reports.
Maintain a high awareness of product quality by improving system requirement definitions and enhancing the UAT process while creating and implementing under your own plan.
For QA QC Manager:Foster a strong quality- driven culture within the team by improving system requirement definition accuracy and enhancing the UAT process.
Implement measures to prevent problem recurrence, promoting continuous improvement within the QA team.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on QA activities, risks, and product quality status.
Develop and lead the overall QC/QA strategy, including test analysis, design, and execution for web and mobile applications.
Manage and mentor a team of QC/QA engineers, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Oversee the performance of test analysis, design, and execution, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high- quality outcomes.
Engage in projects at early stages to identify and address risk factors such as bugs and scheduling issues promptly.
Work closely with development and product management teams to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
