Senior Manual/Auto Tester (Good At English)

Test Planning and Execution:

Design and execute manual and automated test plans to ensure software quality.
Develop and maintain test scenarios for CRM, ERP, and CPQ systems.
Identify and implement appropriate testing strategies for project requirements and manufacturing business needs.

Quality Evaluation and Reporting:

Monitor and report on test progress and defect status to stakeholders and development teams.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of quality issues.
Analyze requirements and technical documents to create detailed test criteria and defect reports.

Test Documentation:

Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results reports.
Ensure test documentation accurately reflects project requirements and quality standards.

Process Improvement:

Propose and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and quality.
Apply the latest tools and techniques in QA to optimize testing processes.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with software development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment in development and testing processes.

Provide support and guidance to junior QA engineers or team members as needed.

Experience and Skills:

Experience in the manufacturing domain is a significant advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA, with specific experience in testing CRM, ERP, and CPQ systems.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Proficiency in both manual and automated testing.

Technical Skills:

Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
In- depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
