Senior Manual QC

Responsibility

Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their testing skills and knowledge.
Establish and maintain quality metrics and reporting mechanisms to track defects, test coverage, and overall software quality.
Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing, including functional testing, API testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure that software deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the software development lifecycle.

Must have:

5- 6 years of experience in software quality control, or supervisory role especially Mobile (IOS, Android) and API
Experience in Functional tests, API Tests, and Performance tests.
Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve quality goals.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross- functional teams.
Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to create/design test plans for a new project

Nice to have:

Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with users, developers, and other technical staff in English.
Experience working under an Agile (Scrum) model
