Senior Market Development

As our first market development hire for the Singapore & ASEAN region, you’ll take the lead in:
Exploring and recommending partnership opportunities such as local IT resellers, co- hosted events, or cloud/tech alliances.
Building reporting and lead tracking systems, ensuring the funnel is well- documented and updated in CRM systems, with clear performance dashboards.
Mapping key accounts and buyer personas, especially decision- makers in tech- driven enterprises, startups, and mid- size companies likely to benefit from cloud, Digital Transformation, or related solutions.
Analyzing market and customer insights to refine targeting, positioning, and campaign strategies.
Conducting in- depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and entry opportunities across local countries
Designing and executing Go- to- Market (GTM) plans for overseas markets
Proactively generating qualified leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold messaging, and other outbound efforts to identify and engage prospects.
Acting as a key market ambassador, providing feedback from the field to improve product positioning, pricing, and go- to- market strategies for regional fit.
Localizing and co- executing marketing campaigns, including digital ads, content strategy, webinars, and industry- specific activations in ASEAN markets.
Managing the full top- of- funnel lifecycle — from prospecting to initial qualification — and collaborating with the sales team to convert qualified leads into opportunities.

Strong analytical skills with experience turning market and customer insights into actionable strategies.
Self- driven, independent, and hungry to explore new markets.
2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or lead generation (tech/cloud/SaaS).
Comfortable working with cross- functional remote teams and reporting on KPIs.
Fluent in English; other Southeast Asian languages are a plus.
Proven ability to develop and implement Go- to- Market strategies for new markets.

Fast- track career path in international business development.
