Savills reports will help professional, investors and managers get an overview of the market situation, thereby making more informed decisions in buying, selling, investing or developing property in real estate field. Depending on the intended use, the real estate market report can focus on specific sectors such as residential, office, commercial, or focus on different geographical areas.

DUTIES:
Research
- Write/update reports on all property market segments.
- Maintain and develop relationships with local and international clients, and local authorities.
- Develop and author reports based on client provided scope of work.
- Travel to other provinces or cities, when required, for market research.
- Develop market presentations, prepare office newsletters, and press releases.
- Assist in planning and implementing market research and consultancy services.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Viet Nam Land Law and other relevant local legal issues.
- Assist in maintaining, updating, and expanding the Real Estate database covering Viet Nam and the region, as well as relevant micro- and macro- economic indicators.
- Process data and provide input for research reports.
- Collect data and quarterly updated information on the Real Estate industry.
