Sale/Marketing & Branding support
· Assist commercial manager in calculating bidding fees
· Assist in marketing, advertising promotional activities, and recruitment activities feed the social media channels of the company: Facebook, Linkedin, job site.
· Support the Commercial Manager in drafting, organizing, preparing documents, and designing proposals for fee proposals or bidding documents.
· Support Commercial manager in events organization
· Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Office administrator/ translator cum receptionist
· Translate documents
· Purchase item, and services as required
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls
· Greet clients
· Book flight tickets, hotels, taxi, and restaurants as required
· Scan, and photocopy documents as required
· Record all incoming and outgoing dispatches, documents and correspondences in logbooks. Archive dispatches in accordance with the process including hard copies and soft copies
· Other tasks as assigned by Commercial Manage & Back Office Manager

Requirements
· Having experienced in an engineering design firm is preferable.
· Fresh Graduated are welcomed and will be provided training
· Excellent in using MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
· Be able to work in a team and independently (proactively)
· Excellent communication in English, both written and oral
· Have a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to judge what makes a document beautiful and meets the standard to send to clients.
· Good at time management
· Be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines sometimes
· Having a basic understanding of marketing, communication or social media is an advantage
· Proficient in other design tools: Canvas, Photoshop, etc…
· Detail oriented & highly organized
