KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning Integrated & Campaign Execution
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and tone of voice, especially for Gen Z audiences.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Translate business, growth, events, and partnership objectives into clear communication strategies, key messages, and content frameworks.
Content Strategy & Creative Direction
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and agencies to create strong visual storytelling.
• Plan and write marketing content: social media posts, blogs, landing pages, emails, PR and event communications.
• Review and refine creative outputs to ensure quality, clarity, and brand consistency
Owned Media & User Engagement
• Build and execute user engagement strategies to grow followers, active audiences, and community interaction.
• Own and lead Upzi’s owned media channels: social media platforms, blogs, email, and in- app communication.
• Actively monitor and respond to user feedback, comments, and messages to strengthen brand trust and community connection.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to turn user insights into communication and content opportunities.
Event & Partnership Communication Planning
• Develop communication plans for brand events, university activities, workshops, and partnership programs (pre–during–post).
• Coordinate co- branded messaging and content with partners (universities, brands, communities).
• Measure event & partnership engagement impact (reach, engagement, app installs).
Digital, Social & PR Communications
• Monitor brand mentions, social buzz, and PR performance
• Manage content plans across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Work with PR partners on press releases, media pitching, and brand or partner- related events.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Report insights and continuously optimize content, engagement tactics, and channel
• Track and analyze campaigns, owned media, events, and partnership performance using analytics tools.

• Own timelines, deliverables, and coordination across internal teams and external partners.
• Manage agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure quality and on- time delivery
