Senior Marketing & Communications Manager

Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as advertising/media agencies, vendors, businesses;
Use analytics tools to track and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns;
Other tasks and responsibilities are assigned by Director of Property Sales and Destination Marketing or upper division.
Be responsibe for the creation of compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, website content, and email newsletters. Ensure all content aligns with brand and messaging and voice;
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Set clear goals and expectations and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations (KPI);
Develop and implement comprehensive Destination Marketing Plan & Budget management aligned with business objectives;
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and submit to Director of Property Sales and Destination Marketing;
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels. Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty;
Monitor expenditures and return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities;
Plan, execute and manage multi channels marketing campaigns, including Digital, Social Media, Email, and traditional media. Monitor campaign performance and make data- driven adjustments to improve the outcomes;
Coordinate with internal Business Units in term of the co- promotion program, events and others;
Manage online marketing which are including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and display advertising campaigns;
Work closely with sales & marketing from different internal departments and external units to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives;
Conduct Market Research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends. Analyse competitor activities and market conditions to brainstorm new & creative marketing strategy;

Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts;
A history of planning successful product launches and events;
Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives;
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field;
Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients;
Knowledge of marketing- related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting;
Proficient with marketing- related software programs;
Analytical and problem- solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services;
