Senior Marketing Executive

Establish, organise and maintain the central marketing asset library (image and video archive) with clear naming and metadata.
Produce and send monthly newsletters to trade partners and clients (content planning, copy, layout, distribution).
Track and report marketing performance against KPIs (CAC, website traffic, leads) and recommend optimization actions
Plan, coordinate and attend trade shows, and client events.
Work closely with Product, Managing Director and GM; present campaign and asset updates to GM.
Develop, update and maintain marketing collateral (country factsheets, airport maps, destination factsheets such as Halong, Vietnam Golf, product one- pagers, brochures).
Produce product updates every six months for distribution to partners and stakeholders.
Prepare visual / information files for Company products for sales and partner use.
Ensure brand consistency across all materials and support employer- brand communications.
Create and own content (copy and visuals) for short- form digital videos, email campaigns and print materials.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism or related field.
Minimum 5 years marketing experience; ≥3 years in travel/tourism preferred (luxury travel / DMC background advantageous).
Practical experience with digital marketing fundamentals, CRM/email platforms, and analytics.
Experience producing B2B marketing collateral and trade- facing communications.
Excellent command of English (written & verbal).
