Senior Marketing Executive (Real Estate)

· Work with other departments to prepare the legal agreements ready for execution. (eg. Registration Form, Deposit Contract, Sales & Purchase Agreement, Vendor Appointment Contracts, etc.)
· Maintain a creative mindset to push for innovative marketing tools and novel design ideas for new projects.
· Formulate the marketing proposition, project design and marketing brief based on market trend, feedback and information.
· Being on top of the real estate trending news and market information to provide a weekly update.
· Prepare the Sales & Marketing plans and getting all required marketing collaterals and materials produced for marketing campaign roll out.
· Work with Sales Team in formulating the marketing and sales program (pricing paper, promotion, events, etc) to achieve the sales targets.
· Develop and execute customer centric marketing plan for every project.
· Perform market research, marketing presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, and marketing campaign.
· Other tasks and assignment by the management.
· Perform in compliance with company’s policy and guidelines.
· Support Sales & Marketing team members to achieve the company’s goals and individual targets.

- Excellent communication skills;
- Willing to travel to project site when requested;
- Experienced in product development design, pricing and co-branding;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, Word.
- Minimum 5years of relevant experience with at least 1-2 years working for international/large local real estate developer/agencies
