Senior Marketing Manager

Develop marketing strategies/plans for projects/products.
- Formulate marketing/communication strategies for projects/products.
- Establish regulations, processes, guidelines, and forms to support marketing and communication activities.
- Conduct market/customer research, evaluate projects/products.
- Build the project/product brand.
- Plan marketing for projects/products (objectives, budget, detailed plans for events/communication/CSR, etc.).
Manage Marketing/Communication Activities.
- Organize marketing/communication activities with the public/target customers.
- Manage marketing and communication service providers.
- Coordinate internal marketing/communication activities (employees, distributors/agents).
Evaluate Marketing/Communication Results.
- Evaluate customer experience.
- Engage in improvement/adjustment of plans and implementation.
- Summarize and analyze marketing results.
Customer Database Management (CRM).
- Manage and analyze the customer database.
- Monitor the provision of customer databases and analysis results.
Management
and
Operation of the Marketing Department:
- Ensure that all marketing activities of the department are implemented effectively and achieve business goals.
- Manage the marketing team, assign tasks, and ensure cooperation and individual development within the department.
Perform other tasks as required by BOD.

Knowledge: Knowledge of digital media management, marketing and advertising theory, brand
Education: BA in Marketing is preferred.
- Professional experience: 10 years
Specific skills/abilities: Excellent written and spoken English.
Management experience: At least 05 years’ experience in same position, 03 years in Real Estate Marketing Management experience.
· Excellent in problem solving skill & time management skill
· Financial and budgetary management.
· Leadership & team encouragement skill
