Senior Material Controller

- Issue PO to suppliers and follow up delivery process and ensuring material supply timely and sufficiently to production line.
- Monitor actual material consumption after each order to make adjustment on material demand for next orders if needed.
- Monthly check the balance on materials, liquidate long- term supplies, scrap supplies, etc.
- Ensure the accuracy of material consumption and inventory both on system and in the warehouses.
- In charge of related tasks assigned by management.
- Responsible for statistical reports on daily, weekly, monthly inventory.
- Handle contract management and payment for the material category in charge.
- Calculate material consumption for orders based on BOM given by technical team.
- Participate in material sourcing and supplier evaluations in order to have alternative reliable suppliers.
- Manage the purchasing process while controlling the inventory capacity.
- Coordinate with related functions while handling unusual cases.
- Proactive for continuous improvement to streamline the process and drive for cost savings.

- Bachelor in Economic, Foreign Trade or Business Administration.
- 05 year experience of material control, material planning and purchasing in a manufacturing site.
- High responsibility, ownership and flexibility.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/MRP system.
- Business sense and "can- do" mindset.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Have knowledge and experience of imported goods.
