Senior ME Technician

The Technician performs activities related to manufacturing, defines processes, sets up equipment parameters, designs fixture/tool jigs for new products, and provides technical support & improvement for current products.
- Analyzes proposed changes in methods and materials and contribute to continuous improvement and key lean manufacturing/production activities. Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making
- Define and continuously improve manufacturing routing to ensure process efficiency meeting the target Q, C, D.
- Will develop manufacturing processes and equipment setup parameters for assembly products base on knowledge transfer or research base to support a zero defects operations environment.
- Compliance with company ISO – product development process requirements, change management when executing tasks.
- Define process and equipment parameters & setup instructions (WI ).
- Will be involved in the FA (first article), NPI (new product introduction), inspection method, fixture design, and equipment calibration process.
comparative analyses. May lead special projects in applying continuous improvement techniques and implementing changes.
- In charge of relocation projects, localization projects
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Management, and other team members, and provide technical support to ensure high- performance production processes.

- At least 5 years experience in relevant industry
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to team members, team leaders, and management
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Self- motivation, and a commitment to achieving continuous improvement
- Experienced in Lean manufacturing is an advantage
- Project management and presentation skills.
- Good at English
- Degree in mechanical/mechatronics engineering or equivalent experience required
