Senior Mechanical Engineer

Create and test prototypes of new products and systems, making necessary modifications to improve their performance.
Ensure that designs comply with all relevant regulations and standards, such as safety regulations and environmental standards.
Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of new product designs and make recommendations based on your findings.
Conduct research and development to keep up- to- date with the latest technologies and design techniques, and to improve existing products and systems.
Collaborate with other departments, such as manufacturing and production, to ensure that designs can be produced efficiently and cost- effectively.
Supervise design teams, providing guidance and oversight to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
Design and develop new products and systems, using your expertise in mechanical engineering principles and techniques.
Kinematic and dynamic simulation, stress analysis, and calculating the strength conditions using Simulation.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

Experienced in designing with Simulation and products already on the market.
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices, including 3D modeling, CAD, and FEA analysis
Experience with CAD, NX software (Modeling, Assembly, NX Drafting, Mold Design và Simulation.) and other design tools
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and techniques.
Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements related to mechanical design engineering.
At least 3- 10 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in a related industry.

Excellent problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.

Using English is a plus.
