The Media team in Marketing department is in charge of planning & execution Media plan for brands across channels: TV, content partnership, social media and to coordinate with Digital performance team to develop, execute & monitor each campaign to deliver project’s objectives. A Senior Media Executive is a data driven media planner with a broad range of integrated planning skill, key person in charge of executing the company’s marketing media campaigns. He/she is involved throughout the campaign briefing, ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process.

Main Responsibilities TV & Social:
- Influencer & other traditional channels based on media expertise and brand understandings.
- Work with other functional teams for billing and other related administrative paperwork.
- Coordinate with media/social agency to analyze, evaluate on the media proposals for best- fit media strategy across platforms includes TV, Social KOL
- Research, and stay abreast of emerging media alternatives, marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with team.
- Monitor end- to- end campaign performance and update progress of campaigns on a weekly/monthly basis to project team.
- Manage agency partners to ensure all projects are managed efficiently in terms of competitive cost, well- planning, on track & good KPIs delivery
- Lead and manage the day- to- day workload to ensure periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly), market and competition updates are sent as per agreed timeline.
- Work closely with Brand team to best understand market landscapes, consumer insights, brand portfolio and brand objectives.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with agency partners. Be responsible for project pitching process including briefing agency, setting up presentation and other related operations.

- Negotiate with partner to maximize brand’s
- Research and analyze offered programs, provide suggestion for programs that align with brand objectives
- Coordinating with Digital team & Media Agency to verify media ROI
