Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We are currently recruiting a full- time Senior Merchandise Leader/Manager. If you are interested in a new career in an international company and have exceptional English literacy, we would love to hear from you.
WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE
Team Management & Development:
Assign tasks, train, and develop the Merchandising & Purchasing & Front Sales & Logistics dept.
Ensure the team&039;s work progress and quality meet company objectives.
Order & Project Management:
Monitor the full order process from sample development, material sourcing, production, to shipment.
Communicate directly with customers regarding product requirements, production schedules, and shipments.
Check if the product ideas are possible to make, including cost, time, and ease of production.
Handle issues related to quality, lead time, and customer service.
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Ensure smooth import/export processes and handle exceptions (e.g., delays, customs issues).
Work with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and factories to optimize logistics cost and efficiency.
Oversee logistics team to ensure on- time shipments, correct documentation, and compliance with Incoterms & customer requirements.
Cross- Department Coordination:
Participate in process improvement, cost optimization, and product quality enhancement initiatives.
Support ERP/data system integration to enhance workflow transparency.
Work closely with Production, QA, Technical to ensure orders run smoothly.
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
Leadership skills: coaching, motivating, and performance management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Merchandising, with at least 3 years in a Leader/Supervisor/Manager role.
Strong understanding of the order process and production flow (from development to shipment).
Strong knowledge of product development, sourcing, purchasing, production, and logistics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers and suppliers.
Excellent leadership, task management, organizational and problem- solving skills.
Good English communication skills
