Senior Merchandise (Ngành Hàng Private Label)

Communication and announcement to other departments;
Searching for new supplier; especially in the Beverage/ Health & Beauty/ Living Goods industries.
Store visiting round and communication;
Running sales promotion plans;
Negotiation: new product, promotion, basic sale, contract condition;
Reference for practical use;
Analyzing supplier performance: products, rebates, sales...;
Sharing negotiations result: reporting, summarize, meeting;
Control product variation and replacement: preparing products and shelves parts, etc....;
Other job as assigned by Line Manager.
Floor planning: sales analyses, zoning, layout, planogram;

Can be changed category or handled more category situationally;
Searching for new supplier, negotiation skill, analytical ability;
Willingness to try new categories. Aggressiveness to find new categories and suppliers;
Sense of sociable, positive, commitment and communication ability with other departments, stores, buyers, and suppliers;
Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment;
Good command of English and computer skills (priority).
Bachelor‘s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Food Technology, Quality Management, Import- Export or related majors.
Attention to details and able to work under pressure;
At least 2- 3 years of experience as Purchasing or Buyer in Supermarket/CVS/Retail.

100% salary in 2 months of probation;
