Senior Merchandiser ( Planner)

An exciting position with a successful US toy licensing and manufacturing company, the Representative Office of Jaz Toys HK Limited is a subsidiary of Jazwares, one of the largest toy companies in the USA and growing.
Jazwares' mission is to entertain and inspire through the creation of innovative products. The company's portfolio features a variety of dynamic, wholly owned brands along with leading global licenses, such as Fortnite, Peppa Pig, Roblox, Nanables, Nerf, Domez, Russ and includes acquisitions First Act™, Russ Berrie™, Applause™, Zag Toys™, and Wicked Cool Toys.
Merchandiser shall be:
•Responsible for merchandising activities, follow up orders from sample development, production to delivery, monitor shipment fulfillment
•Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure production, testing, inspection, and shipping schedules are meet
•Liaise with compliance team on all testing requests
•Follow up with customers to ensure orders meet all requirements
•Efficient daily communication with internal teams on all orders
•Arrange sample submission and assist in quotation documents to customers
•To work with QC team in on-site quality control
•To manage stock and material inventory
•Assist in product sourcing, development & quotations Minimum requirements

•Bachelor degree with at least 5 years relevant work experience
•Experience with manufacturing / buying office / trading office is preferred
•Be able to work independently with factories
•Knowledge of Wal-mart, Target, TRU systems is an advantage
•Knowledge of EU/US testing requirements in an advantage
•Self-motivated, responsible, independent, hardworking, and willing to work under pressure
•Fluent written & spoken English, Chinese are essential
•Proficiency in PC skills
•Travel to China factories is required
•Immediate availability is preferred
•Excellent oral/written communication and listening skills
•Professional attitude, good organization skills and dependability.
•Ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment.
