We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team and drive the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to our clients&039; business needs. As a pivotal member of our consulting group, you will collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly grasp their operational requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 features and technologies, applying this knowledge to deliver innovative and cutting- edge solutions to our clients.
Configuration and Customization: Coordinate the configuration and customization of D365 SCM to align with business requirements.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing issues related to D365 SCM solutions.
Project Lifecycle Participation: Engage actively in the full project lifecycle, contributing expertise in analysis, solution design, development, rigorous testing, and successful deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation of implemented solutions and conduct comprehensive training sessions for end- users to facilitate seamless adoption and proficiency.
Integration: Design and implement data integrations between D365 SCM, and other systems, using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps.
Solution Development: Design, coordinate development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions in Microsoft D365 SCM including customizations, extensions, integrations, and workflows.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, guiding them through all phases of the project lifecycle—from initial analysis and design to development, testing, and deployment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience working with international clients, preferably in Europe and America
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Proven experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, particularly Warehouse and Logistics modules.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring and guiding junior consultants.
Excellent problem- solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to Dynamics 365.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Certifications in Dynamics 365 or related Microsoft technologies are a plus.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services.
