Senior Motion Designer

We are seeking a creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and videos for a variety of projects including advertisements, social media. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for design, animation, and video production, with the ability to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.

Work closely with project managers and other designers to ensure timely delivery of high- quality projects.
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the story through creative editing techniques.
Apply strong editorial judgment to select the best footage and craft a compelling narrative.
Collaborate with other designers and team members to develop storyboards and visual references to help communicate ideas.
Create high- quality 2D motion for social media, YouTube, websites, and potentially explainer videos.
Animate characters, objects, and backgrounds to bring life to storyboards and concepts.
Demonstrate the ability to utilize available resources effectively and continuously learn new skills.

Basic knowledge of either Blender or Cinema 4D software.
Advance knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro,
Strong proficiency in video editing and the ability to add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
2 to 4 years of experience in motion graphic design.
Knowledge of 2D character animation (including Adobe Character Animator) is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with team members.
Proficient in Adobe After Effects.
Excellent design knowledge and skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual thinking.
