Senior MQA Leader ( Củ Chi)

JOB OBJECTIVES
Job Summary : Senior MQA leader is responsible to solve non- conforming in process and handle the finished goods as well as manage the MQA Technician. Report to supervisor and QA team
Job Summary : Senior MQA leader is responsible to solve non- conforming in process and finished goods as well as manage the MQA Technician. Report directly to supervisor and QA team.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY
• Guide, inspect and monitor the daily 5S implementation of employees.
• Follow the Implementation of handling NG Material /FGs from QE/ Superior. Monitor the implementation of Material/Finished Goods non- conformance issues raised by QE/Supervisor
• Handle all issue occurred in production line and find out the rootcause make NC then give containment action.
• Confirm OOBA/ IPQC defect samples then find out rootcause work with production team and related Dpt. Confirm OOBA/IPQC defect find out rootcause work with related parties
• Support QE team follow implement corrective action and report effect.
• Review MQA report daily, give feedback to update, correct if any.
• Communication of information about problems that arise and changes information in the shift for next shift. Hand over any issues that arise and any information that changes during the shift to the next shift.
• Audit process and propose improvement actions
• Record all of findings during the inspection and report to the superior.
• Control stationary, machinery and test equipment always in the status of OK, avoid damage or expired calibration.
• Handle escalated topics from MQA operator (inspector) and report to higher levels if it cannot solve.
• Report to the superiors such including phone contact (if working shift) to get the quality issue solved.
• Arrange, assign inspection plan when there is a change in team such as missing operator, working overtime.
• Contact to Production Supervisor, QE, IPQC and together confirm Material / NC detected by MQA Tech/ PRD operators/ IPQC.
• First confirming CD- CE material in the production line

Education

At least College, major in electrical/ electronical...

Experience

At least 2 years experience in Quality

Knowledge

- English communication basically. Basic English communication
- Effective teamwork. Effective teamwork.
- Knowing using 7 Basics quality tool, 8D, 5 Why, Drawing, Analyze skill/ Know how to use quality support tools, good analysis skills
- Have knowledge about Electrical, Mechanical.
- Strong quality mindset, discipline and follow requirement strictly.
- Able to use some basic office programs like word, excel, power point, e- mail for recording and reporting.
- Capable of developing and driving team to achieve results.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowing using measurement equipment such as caliper, Micrometer,…/ Know how to use measuring equipment such as caliper, Panme, VOM…
- Able to work effectively with less direct supervision.
