Senior .NET Developer

- Collaborate cross- functionally with Business Analysts, QC teams, and stakeholders to deliver high- quality applications
- Lead enterprise application development across Sales, Purchasing, E- commerce, HR, and Accounting modules serving 600+ retail stores and millions of customers
- Architect scalable solutions and coordinate with development teams to integrate partner systems with Con Cung&039;s ecosystem
- Drive technical excellence by implementing new features, optimizing existing functionality, and resolving technical debt
- Maintain system reliability through continuous monitoring, upgrades, and performance optimization
- Research and adopt emerging technologies while managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast- paced environment

- Technical Skills
- Database Skills: Strong experience with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, advanced SQL, and stored procedures
- Programming Fundamentals: Strong OOP principles, algorithmic thinking, and problem- solving skills
- Experience: 3+ years of hands- on experience with C (.NET/.NET Core)
- Backend Expertise: Proficient in ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core MVC, and LINQ
- Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- API Development: Solid knowledge of JSON, REST- based APIs, and microservices architecture
+ Frontend Technologies: HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS3
+ Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management
+ DevOps & Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
+ AI- Driven Development: Prompt engineering and AI pair- programming; Automated testing and code generation refinement; Experience integrating AI tools (GitHub Copilot, LLM- based code review)
