Job Description:
● Coordinate with engineers and support other Garena teams to quickly identify and eliminate issues affecting the network, including global, enterprise-level LAN, WAN, and Internet problems
● Troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues with hardware, applications, and network components
● Document and share technical knowledge with your peers and others
● Strong focus on attention to detail and excellence of delivery.
● Support and administrate firewall environment in line with IT security policy
● Ensure technical documentation is properly maintained
● Design, implement and support network infrastructure in Garena Viet Nam.
● Ensure and enhance Garena Network services are in line with business requirements in terms of stability, resilience, and performance.

● Strong network troubleshooting skills are required
● Minimum 2 years of technical and network operation experience in ISP company or large enterprise environment
● Fluent spoken and written English
● Minimum CCNP Certifications
● Experience in Cisco/Arbor/Paloalto firewall appliances, F5/A10 load balancer, and network management tools (like Nagios, Cacti, Zabbix, …)
● Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent
● In-depth knowledge of network protocols/technologies such as TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, HSRP, Spanning Tree, QoS, Multicast
● Regional project implementation experience
● Strong experience with Cisco network solutions is preferred
