Senior Network & System Supervisor - Củ Chi

Network Infrastructure:
• Responsible for timely IT infrastructure expansion as required by the Company´s construction and operations project plan.
• Plan and implement upgrades required to maintain adequate service levels.
• Ensure that escalated technical problems, incidents, and problem- solving are prioritized and follow- up actions to fault cases are completed ly to ensure that will reduce/eliminate failures and downtimes and support the continuous 24x7 delivery of IT Services.
• Perform periodic network assessments and network system security audits.
• Contribute to and maintain IT policies, standards, and system operation procedures. Identify the areas/opportunities for improvement in IT operational support and make proposals on project/enhancement initiatives.
System:
• Work closely with other teams/departments to get an in- depth understanding of IT applications and business requirements to evaluate business needs and deliver end- to- end solutions accordingly.
• Optimize daily operation jobs to reduce manual operation and provide technical standard guidelines adhering to company security policy.
• Administration of O365 suites, Windows, and Microsoft applications, Cloud and On- premise services including proposals, system setup, software installation and upgrades, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and preventive maintenance.
Team Leadership:
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress towards achieving them.
• Supervise network and system services and activities including task planning, prioritizing, assigning, reviewing, resources planning, etc... to ensure on- site technical support is always available to multiple locations.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing, professional development & training, and Team&039;s performance assessments.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and recommendations as needed to maintain adequate service levels.
• Generate regular reports on periodic network and system performance, and security audits; highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement/risks.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network and system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Education: Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in network and system administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role and having experience working at a reputable manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputable System Integration Companies and handling highly demanding customers or users.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, ITIL or equivalent are a plus.
Knowledge
• Extensive experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Networking solutions of Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, SDWAN, SDN...
• Proficiency in designing, deploying, and managing: Server OS (e.g., Linux, Windows), Virtualization Technologies, Storage & Backup solutions, Windows server’s features (AD, DHCP, ADFS…), Microsoft 365, Cloud platform and services.
• Hands- on experience with Firewalls and Network Access Control solutions from Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper...
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and management tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix
• Strong technical background and experience in IT Architecture, Internet Technologies, IT Infrastructure, Data Center Solutions, Network and System Infrastructure & Administration.

• Ability to work independently, under high pressure and tight deadlines.
• Good English skills in written and verbal communication.
• Good leadership, team building; communication, and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross- functional teams.
• Good analytical, problem- solving skills, and organizational skills.
• Hands- on experience in managing multiple IT vendors.
