What will you do?
Lead small- scale ERP implementation projects (small size projects), managing full cycles from discovery to deployment.
Create detailed project documentation including functional specs, process flows, and data mappings.
Provide expert recommendations on ERP best practices and business process optimization.
Conduct an in- depth analysis of business processes and translate them into system requirements.
Support system configuration, testing, and user training to ensure smooth implementation.
Assist with data migration, integration, and validation throughout project phases.
Lead client workshops and deliver post- go- live support.
Coordinate project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders.
Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative consulting team culture.
