What will you do?

Lead small- scale ERP implementation projects (small size projects), managing full cycles from discovery to deployment.
Create detailed project documentation including functional specs, process flows, and data mappings.
Provide expert recommendations on ERP best practices and business process optimization.
Conduct an in- depth analysis of business processes and translate them into system requirements.
Support system configuration, testing, and user training to ensure smooth implementation.
Assist with data migration, integration, and validation throughout project phases.
Lead client workshops and deliver post- go- live support.
Coordinate project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders.
Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative consulting team culture.

Yêu cầu công việc

Good knowledge of leading ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or Odoo) and related technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced, client- focused environment.
Willingness to work at night to communicate with clients in the US several days a week.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in ERP consulting, with a proven track record of successful project delivery is preferred.
Good understanding of business processes across various industries, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, retail and field services is preferred.
Experience with ERP implementation is a plus, ideally with the most prominent and widely used in the industry, such as Odoo (preferred).
