Senior Officer, Financial Policy

Job Purpose
The job holder responsible for:
&039;Guiding and implementation of assigned financial accounting policies/regimes
Key Accountabilities (1)
In charge of research và implementation and of assigned work areas
- Guide and update training for units in the system
- Participating in supporting the development and implementation of accounting guidelines on transactions/products on corebanking system (T24), other ancillary software systems integrated with T24. Instructions for accounting for the interface between systems, instructions for accounting on the new software system, instructions for data conversion when golive using the new system.
- Guide and answer questions for units throughout the system
- Directly participate in and advise on the development of business processes/products with the focal unit
- Ensure the maintenance of Account mapping in compliance with the law on Corebanking T24 software system and other software systems integrated with T24.
Key Accountabilities (2)
Update/participate in training courses, seminars with authorities on financial accounting policies and regimes.
Coordinating with units, supporting the handling of issues related to the State Bank&039;s inspection, tax inspectorate, and independent audit related to
Participate in the implementation of projects at Techcombank.
Develop training programs and conduct training for staff throughout the system on financial accounting policies.
Participating in the structure of complex deals: For example: Join the lead of debt purchase, cancel debt trading, extension, discount, close debt trading deals on money source structure, coordination process accounting departments, drafting records
Managing the general mail box of the Financial Accountant; receive questions, transfer them to relevant departments and monitor the response process of departments
Financial Accounting Policy
Building an external document archive of Financial Policy that is updated regularly for reference and policy writing.
Perform other tasks as required by the Senior Manager, Financial Policy

Success Profile- Qualification and Experiences
- Graduated from university majoring in economics, finance and banking; Preference will be given to candidates who have graduated with good and good grades and have been trained in specialized accounting courses
- English: According to the regulations of the bank each of period
- At least 4 years of experience in the field of banking and accounting, 3 years of experience working directly with Techcombank&039;s core banking system
