Senior Officer for Sales Compensation Calculation

1. Calculate and make payment of sales compensation (commission and incentives)
a) Reconcile and record sales data.
b) Reconcile and update sales channel structure and sales compensation structure.
c) Calculate Sales Compensation and to confirm with sales channels.
d) Make payment of Sales Compensation.
2. Involve in ICM (Incentives and Commission Management) Module of SAP System
a) Involve in preparation of BRD (Business Requirement Document).
b) Do UAT (User Acceptance Test) for going-live.
c) Maintain the ICM Module for the tasks and suggest enhancement functions.
3. Support monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly reporting
a) Provide sales compensation data to Accounting Team and PM (Performance Management) Department.
b) Record and prepare reports on sales compensation.
