Senior Officer/Specialist, E - Learning

- Make all reports about the courses.
- Help Agents handle problems with E- learning System whenever they need the support.
- Performing all assignments within a schedule effectively and efficiently Support Partnership Distribution Training Managers.
- Add new, manage users, manage training plans and class list, manage user certificates…
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Department Head and Board of Directors.
- Maintain system operation.

- College/Bachelor’s degree Experience:
- At least 2- 3 years in e- learning system (prefer insurance industry).
- Experience in design is an advantage
Skills required:
- Creative, have good thinking about content and images.
- Being comfortable working in a fast- paced environment where there are many different tasks throughout the course of a workday.
- Agile, active, honest, enthusiastic.
- Good at computer programs, Microsoft Office.
- Have a progressive spirit and be responsible at work
