Senior Operation Risk Management Expert

Cooperate with Compliance and Internal Audit units to assess the company&039;s overall operational risks.
Conduct Risk Control Self- Assessment (RCSA) across the entire company through surveys, workshops at various levels.
Understand the cost of capital calculation method for operational risks according to Basel 2 and Basel 3 standards
Report operational risk losses of the company to the management board and risk management committee.
Ensure the construction and compliance with the company&039;s operational risk policies in full.
Develop, analyze, and report Key Risk Indicators (KRI) of the company.
Understand and continuously implement Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and lead regular testing.

Knowledge, Experience Education

Bachelor&039;s degree or higher,
Language skills: Proficiency in English communication,
Experience: 3 years or more,
Understanding of the products, services, and policies of the unit:
Priority in the field of finance and banking

Professional Skills and Competencies

Good problem- solving skills.
Soft Skills Ability to communicate effectively with departments, Ability to present to the risk management committee on operational risk issues,
Proficient in using office computers.
