Liaison & Business Operations Facilitation:
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective communication and streamline operations across the organization.
- Ensure timely dissemination of relevant information to the appropriate stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and informed work environment.
- Support and represent the CEO or co- founders in ensuring that company objectives are met through efficient coordination and execution of tasks.
- Provide regular reports to the CEO or co- founders, highlighting key developments, issues, and progress towards objectives, while also collecting feedback and insights from various teams.
Company Task Follow- up:
- Monitor and follow up on tasks assigned to various teams and individuals.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and escalate any delays or issues to the relevant stakeholders
- Maintain a tracking system to monitor the progress of ongoing tasks.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective coordination of company projects.
- Assist in project planning, execution, and follow- up activities.
- Compile project status reports and communicate updates to the management team.
Company Meeting Organization:
- Schedule and coordinate company meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, distribute materials in advance, and ensure all necessary resources are available.
- Document meeting minutes and action items, and follow up on their implementation.
- Attend relevant team / functional meetings.
Incident and Action Management:
- Establish and maintain a system for monitoring and managing incidents, including customer complaints.
- Investigate and address concerns raised, documenting incidents and identifying preventive actions.
- Monitor and ensure the timely and proper implementation of actions identified in response to incidents.
- Collaborate with teams to track and verify the effectiveness of implemented actions.
- Provide regular updates on the status of action items to management.
CEO and Co- founders Assistance:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and co- founders.
- Assist in organizing and managing their schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments.
- Handle correspondence on their behalf and ensure timely responses.
