Senior Operations Planning

JOB DECRIPTIONS
This role ensure seamless planning and coordination between Operations and Planning teams, maintain robust order processes, optimize inventory management, and drive continuous improvement projects, enabling the organization to achieve operational excellence and support business growth.
Planning Partner for Operations
● Inbound & outbound volume rolling plans for Warehouses and 3PLs network.
● Maintain target utilizations by facilitate inbound, transfers within the network with clear tradeoffs and under assigned budget.
● Participate in Network expansion planning to serve business growth.
● Quickly coordinate with Ops team to timely react to crisis (Freight Spike, port congestions, etc)
● Transparent and precise communications & follow up to ensure smooth execution according to plan.
● Key contact points for all processes & project between Planning & Operation teams.
Maintain Amazon’s Order processes
● Leading root cause analysis and problem solving activities regarding issues aroused with related parties.
● Maintain key whole sale orders processes to ensure process compliance and Order confirmation rate.
● Study and train new policies, processes introduced by Amazon to team members and related parties. In charge of Performance reports, incident reports related to Order Processes.
Maintain & develop Inventory Policy
● Maintain ABC XYZ classifications for Inventory Policy.
● Digitalize ABC XYZ with Supply Chain Analyst & tech team for single source of truth and minimal human error.
● Track, pilot and propose continuous improvement for ABC XYZ.
Other Planning Enhancement Projects
- Other Planning enhancement projects assigned by direct report to serve Planning strategy and continuous improvement.

- 5- 8 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in this roles.
