Senior Packing Technician - Kits

Communicate with Millennium team, US team for any discussion, idea to improve packing quality;
Review and access all Idea Network regarding Packing change;
Randomly audit to make sure packing SOP was followed correctly to prevent quality issue such as wrinkle issue, shadding shedding, etc…;
Work with Sourcing & QC team for new packing material development;
Design & standardize carton size, printing layout & other packing material;
Estimate packing specs for RnD costing & packing specs for any product/new process/projects for costing calculation or cubes verification;
Randomly audit to make sure Production use correctly packing material such as carton, bubble bag, label, accessories...;
Develop and manage all labels on C&S Kit to make sure it meet legal requirements and manufacturing requirements;
Support Production and quality to invest the root cause, also action plan for improvement when have quality issue or customer complaint regarding packing issue;
Involve Pilot run meeting to early identify the potential risk for packing concerns and work with Quality team for further test and improving actions;
Review and create packing SOP/ packing spec for C&S Kits of all type of product: In line product & NEW GO;
Control packing specs on- line to make sure it was updated and Production use correctly;
Do projects/ideas for cost saving.

Education

University
Packing engineering

Experience

More than 3 year experience at packing engineering
Expert user of Excel and statistical analysis software

Knowledge of:

C&S Kits packing material

Skills and Abilities

Lean knowledge is a plus
Good at number, cost, Analysis ability;
Good at Written and Spoken English;
