Position Overview
The Senior Partner Acquisition plays a pivotal role in scaling our platform&039;s reach and impact by enhancing our partner recruitment and onboarding processes. This individual will be responsible for refining our existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), overseeing the recruitment to support partner acquisition, and ensuring our strategy aligns with overall market development goals.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Partner Control: Uphold a roster of high- caliber partners through rigorous training initiatives.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with partners to foster a thriving community. Be a trusted advisor, providing tailored guidance and executing best practices to drive partner success.
Planning: Develop and execute a recruitment strategy aligned with PITO objectives and market expansion goals.
Partner Acquisition and Onboarding: Attract, recruit, and oversee the seamless onboarding process for new partners, facilitating their integration into PITO marketplace.
SOP Enhancement: Evaluate and refine existing SOPs, ensuring they reflect industry- leading standards and efficiency. Innovate new SOPs to meet evolving business needs.
Cross- Functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure recruitment strategies align with business goals.
