Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Lead negotiations and manage contractual agreements with e- commerce partners to secure favorable terms, exclusive opportunities, and strategic collaborations.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and promptly address any issues or discrepancies.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Analyze market data and partner performance to make informed recommendations on product selection, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, specifically within the e- commerce sector.
Cross- Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Work with colleagues to coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and inventory management with e- commerce partners.
Reporting and Performance Metrics:
- Provide data- driven insights to support decision- making and drive improvements in partner relationships.
- Define OKRs and regularly assess partner performance against targets.

- Proven experience in managing partnerships with e- commerce giants like Alibaba and AliExpress.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in market analysis and data- driven decision- making.
- Experience in e- commerce and SAAS is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to travel as necessary for partner meetings and relationship building.
- Strong negotiation and problem- solving abilities.
- Results- oriented with a focus on exceeding goals and targets.
