KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Receiving and checking invoices of dealers.
- Register & input Fix Asset to SAP system as Fix Asset Policy.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- The other tasks assigned by Leader/Chief Accountant
- Reconcile and clearing bank accounts timely in the morning
- Reconcile BS Accounts.
- Tasks for month- end, year- end closing
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Manage and issue e- invoice for subvention and other incomes
- Allocating the cost incurred monthly.
- Checking payment requests to ensure correctness, complied with internal policies, internal rules, and local regulations.

- University degree of Economics/Management/ Finance Banking.
- Literate in Microsoft Office
- Problem- solving skills
- Enable to work under the pressure
- Solid experience in accountant, especially experience in accounting loan portfolio is a plus
- Knowledge of accounts payable, receivable
- Good English in reading and writing skills
- Initiative/ innovative/ flexibility/proactive, passion to growth
