- Accounting for all transactions related to payables on the ERP system: Import goods invoices; parts cost invoice; excess invoice….
- Receive payment documents from other departments in the company/invoices from suppliers, check the accuracy of invoices and documents of payment documents, ensure compliance with regulations of the State and according to company policy.
- Prepare payment requests, payment orders, receipts and payments (if any) for incurred expenses according to the Company&039;s regulations.
- Collection and classify invoices for the month; Book monthly expenses by department.
- Perform other tasks as directed and requested by the company&039;s Board of Directors.
- Monitor and compare debts payable to suppliers and advance debts of CKV company employees;
- Support members of the accounting team when on leave and when receiving requests;
- Classify and track invoices that have been issued on the tax system but have not yet recorded expenses (find out the reason and request the exporter to correct these invoices).
- Save hard file and soft file data: bank documents, payment records, official sales contracts, documents related to payable debts, important related contracts/mails if any: Clearly referable immediately when needed. Input invoices, output invoices (cancellation, adjustment, replacement invoices...)

- Graduated from University majoring in Accounting/auditing or higher

- Minimum 05 years of experience in a Payment Accounting position (foreign companies are preferred)
- Proficient in using accounting systems (SAP, ERP, AMIS,...)
