As our Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing highly effective advertising campaigns on the Facebook platform. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing campaigns, maximizing return on ad spend, and driving customer acquisition and retention. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in Facebook performance marketing, capable of achieving substantial growth and driving exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay updated with the latest Facebook advertising trends, best practices, and ecosystem changes to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies on the Facebook platform to acquire customers.
- Plan, set up, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and consistent messaging.
- Analyze campaign data meticulously to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor campaign success, and make data- driven decisions for optimization.
- Continuously test and iterate ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign strategies to enhance performance and ROI.

2- 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Facebook advertising.
- Experience in the e- commerce industry or with direct- to- consumer brands is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving substantial growth and outstanding results in performance marketing campaigns.
- In- depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive valuable insights from data to optimize campaigns and deliver business outcomes.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates.

Competitive basic salary ranging from $600- $1000.
