Senior Php Developers

Work directly with Japanese engineers (using chatwork, slack, skype)
Participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards
Enhance and maintain existed websites
Work with LEMP stack or LAMP stack
Create new websites
Design and implement scalable and robust applications
Analyze functional requirements and creation of software design
Work closely with the BA/PM team in troubleshooting technical problems as well as complete specification of client requirements

The ability to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues
Experience with RDBMS databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Postgres, etc) and NoSQL solutions (Redis, etc.)
Good knowledge on AWS services such as VPC, EC2, ElasticSearch, RDS, Load Balancer ... is a big plus
The ability to ensure development standards are met
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work to strict deadlines
Understanding of how to build performant, reliable, decoupled, testable and maintainable code- SOLID principles, clean code, design patterns, testing
Experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Front- end languages
Have solid knowledge about MVC Model, OOP is a must
Experience with Magento, or Laravel, or Netsuite is a big plus
Have experience working on Web Services, Restful API
