Position Overview

As a PHP Laravel Developer, you will play a key role in building innovative digital products that drive our company forward. This is a full- stack role, involving backend and frontend development, API design, and system optimization.

Develop and maintain APIs for company products.
Develop and enhance company products.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high- quality standards.
Integrate third- party libraries and services.
Take initiative and contribute proactively to team and company success.
Design and implement web applications, pages, and interfaces using APIs, frameworks, and libraries.
Build high- availability solutions and optimize system performance.
Work on both backend and frontend functionality of assigned projects.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Strong proficiency in PHP and Object- Oriented Programming (OOP).
Experience with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB, Couchbase).
Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
Strong problem- solving and debugging skills.
Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
Comfortable in fast- paced, agile environments.
Skilled in MySQL database design, query profiling, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in Laravel or similar modern PHP frameworks.

Who Should Apply

Minimum 3 years of hands- on PHP development experience.
Proven experience with Laravel in production environments.
Familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases.
Willingness to travel for business when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Fluency in English (C1/Advanced), written and verbal. Additional languages are an advantage.
Experience building scalable systems across the full development stack.
Fintech, payments, or high- availability platform experience is a plus.
Experience designing efficient database structures and optimizing complex queries.
