Senior Planner

- Goal setting and evaluate work performance (KPI) of planning team
- Monitor and adjust production plan to suit the sales situation
- Coordinate with warehouse team to compare actual inventory quantity and ERP system inventory periodically
- Raw materials inventory management to meet minimum inventory requirements
- Estimate master planning for raw materials purchasing and production master planning
- Plan and manage material movement with buyer to monitor actual delivery of raw materials compared to the plan
- Planning report weekly, monthly
- Monitor and update the actual number of orders into the production plan (based on sales order demand)
- Monitor discrepancies between production records and ERP system

Yêu cầu công việc

- Working experience in material & production planning and familiar with ERP, SAP/Oracle system knowledge is preferable
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Industrial Management or related field is preferred
- Years of experience: at least 5 year(s)
- Good analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and detail-oriented
- Excellent at Microsoft Excel & Good at English (both verbal and writing skills)
