Senior Planning Executive in Sofa manufacturing

+ Proper raw material and finished goods quantity stock control
+ Coordinate with other departments to well implement the plan
+ Responsible for production planning, inventory management & compliance reporting, control raw material stock level.
+ Consulting and advising on production planning activities for the entire company
+ Perform other tasks as directed, report to the Production Manager and General Manager
+ Solve problems in the production planning department and handle customer complaints and questions
+ Conduct production planning for the whole factory
+ Receive information and prepare production plan as requested by customers from sales to ensure production output which is satisfied customers demands.
+ Distribute work to subordinates, check and urge employees to complete tasks
+ Proceed to order raw materials according to actual needs, adjust export and import schedules promptly depending on the actual situation.
+ Coordinate with other departments to help optimize work efficiency and successfully implement proposed plans and goals

- Over 5 years experience at production planning mangement position
in Sofa manufacturing company
- Good communication and teamwork, good at Microsoft office skill, Carefulness, hard working.
- Good communication, interpersonal, presentation skills and process design abilities

- Good at English and knowing Chinese is preferrable

- Good at Excel

- Understanding of production management software- SAP

- Communication skills (exchange, discussion, negotiation, report)

- Statistic & analysis skills, and mathematical thinking (good at math)

- Planning skills (prompt, accuracy, suitable for continuous changes according to forecast information from customers)

- Skills in managing and organizing work for the team members to complete the job well.
