Senior PR Account Executive

The account executive will work with the line manager and the internal team to take care of multiple client portfolios. The individual must possess stellar interpersonal skills to contribute to business growth and maintain long-term client relationships. Moreover, the account executive must have a clear understanding of PR and digital.
Some work duties associated:
• Addressing all client inquiries effectively and in a timely manner
• Analyze performances before, during, and after campaigns
• Present PR & digital marketing strategies to clients
• Event planning of projects and tracking timelines
• Managing content tactics to publish articles and copy
• Leverage existing and cultivate new media relationships
• Cooperating with internal and external teams on workflow
• Compile, design and strategize proposals
• Communicate to stakeholders on project status and direction
• Update and regulate media expenses and other finances
• Reporting on implementations and campaign metrics

Demands of other responsibilities may arise naturally in this line of work. The account executive must always be alert and ready to problem solve, and most importantly, communicate well.
Other skill sets that are required:
• 3+ years experience in accounts or media (agency-side preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
• Insight on digital, media, and online tools
• College degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or relevant field
• Continual updates of industry trends
• Strong critical and management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
• Experience with customer service and project management
• Understanding of online marketing and social media platforms
