Social Elite is looking for a Senior PR & Communications Executive- a strategic thinker and team leader with a passion for integrated communications. You’ll work across a blend of traditional PR and modern channels (social media, KOLs, UGC, etc.) to deliver impactful campaigns for our clients. This role is best suited for someone with solid agency experience, strong strategic planning skills, a social- first mindset, and a keen eye for content and social media trends.
Job Description:
Strategic Planning (35%):
Recommend content direction and select suitable communications channels (PR, social, KOLs, etc.).
Collaborate with managers to develop integrated communications strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
Be a project leader, overseeing planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and inter- team coordination to meet project goals.
Lead brainstorming sessions and provide guidance on key campaign ideas, directions, and messaging.
Public Relations & Media (25%):
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers (KOLs/KOCs), strategic partners and other stakeholders.
Supervise media booking, interviews, and media coordination during campaign rollouts.
Support crisis communication efforts through media monitoring and reactive messaging, under guidance when needed.
Leverage networks to optimize campaign effectiveness and maximize impact within available resources.
Content & Social- first Communication (20%):
Write, edit, and review key materials: press releases, PR articles, social media posts, KOL scripts, campaign messages, and short- form video content.
Develop content strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Threads, etc.) using insight- driven, trend- sensitive approaches.
Team Collaboration & Leadership (20%):
Represent the PR team, connecting with clients, cross- teams, and partners.
Lead, train, mentor interns and executive members in daily tasks: media tracking, reporting, press coordination, media relations, etc.
Support team operations in terms of task management, quality assurance, and individual performance growth.
Job Requirements:
Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh ideas for both PR and social content.
Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Advertising, or a related field.
2- 4 years of hands- on experience in communication roles; agency background is highly preferred.
Highly organized, detail- oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Familiarity with social media trends, platform nuances, and content development for digital channels.
Excellent writing and editing skills in both Vietnamese and English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
Social- first thinking, with strong awareness of communications models and campaign performance metrics.
Strong team spirit and leadership ability- especially in guiding and coaching junior members.
Strong media relations skills with proven experience working with journalists, media outlets, or KOLs.
Proven experience in managing and executing PR & communication projects, clearly demonstrated via portfolio and case studies.
Solid strategic mindset with a structured, framework- based approach to planning.
Proficiency in multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Photoshop…) is a plus.
