Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Principal Developer with a robust background in developing web applications using C and the MVC Framework. The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in developing Web APIs with .NET Core 8.0.
Expertise in front- end development using Razor (for studying the old systems) and JavaScript libraries such as React.js is essential. A strong understanding of React Router, React Query, and Redux is highly desirable, as we aim to build an entire application based on these technologies.
Additionally, candidates should have substantial experience in database and system design, CI/CD setup, and DevOps best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design and Technology Modernization
Establish a scalable database strategy using MSSQL.
Define and implement our new ERP product with modern technology and design patterns.
Oversee implementation of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, and cloud infrastructure.
Analyze requirements and translate them into effective ERP components.
System Stability and Optimization
Enhance observability, monitoring, and logging.
Diagnose and resolve critical system issues.
Cloud Infrastructure and Cost Optimization
Continuously monitor cloud usage and cost.
Implement cost optimization strategies.
Use cost- effective DevOps tools and automation frameworks.
Lead Azure cloud architecture strategy.
Technology Leadership and Strategic Initiatives
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams.
Mentor and guide software engineers.
Assess and adopt emerging technologies.
Security, Compliance, and Best Practices
Define cloud governance policies.
Implement security best practices.
Ensure compliance with US data protection regulations.
Customer Support
Attend meetings with customers to troubleshoot issues.
Agile Scrum Participation
Join Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
