POSITION : Senior Process Control Engineer

Job Description:
· Perform activities to ensure that the design conforms to functional specifications, recognized codes and

· Prepare conceptual, comprehensive design packages of process control systems and instrumentation
and engineering budgetary cost estimates.
· Maintain process control systems and improve the performance of field instrumentations and process
control systems to achieve and sustain key performance index（KPIs）.
· Develop basic design and detailed design for sequence programs/controllers including MPC based

Educational Level : University Graduated
control systems, especially Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Oil Movement
and Storage System (OMS), Terminal Automation System (TAS), Product
Work Experience : Min 7 year experience in industrial control systems or Equivalent
Blending Control System (PBCS), etc.
Specialty/Qualification : A bachelor’s degree in Control, Electrical and Electronic, chemistry, or equivalent
Skills :- Knowledgeable with the industrial standards and code requirements for process
- Excellent Knowledge of Advanced Process Control (APC) and Model Predictive
Control (MPC)
- Have field experience in designing and applying process control systems,
especially APC, for industrial facilities.
- Capable to effectively review and improve process control system functions and
performance, and expand project documentation, drawings, specifications and
testing procedures.
- Capable to execute tuning for PID Controller, MPC etc in actual system is

- English skills IELTS 5.0 or equivalent or evaluate during interview
- Report writing and presentation skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
